Peace and quiet in the rolling countryside of the upper Mâconnais (protected as a ZNIEFF for its rich fauna and flora), nestled on an exposed plateau in the hollow of a bucolic valley of vineyards, meadows, and forests, on the foothills of the South Burgundy massif (a vast wilderness dotted with marked hiking trails and mountain bike trails for all levels, offering splendid panoramic viewpoints as far as Mont Blanc on a clear day!).
