In the heart of the Ognon valley, in a village with quality shops (local products...), near Pesmes (castle, royal house... one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a town of character with many sports and fun activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddle, fishing, hiking with the paths of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, canoeing, bike trails... vineyard of Hugier, aquatic garden "Acorus" in Autoreille. In the pretty village of Montagney, gîte adjoining another gîte, completely renovated, located in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans. On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen open to living/dining room with sofa bed (two places), TV. Separate WC. Upstairs: one bedroom with two 90 cm beds, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, modern shower room with WC. A travel cot and a high chair are available. Small pets accepted on request from the owners. At the front of the cottage: beautiful terrace, with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs. All in a magnificent park of one hectare. Two other small cottages on the estate. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard. Accepts one small animal free of charge on request.
