In the village of Montagney, small gîte adjoining another, completely renovated, ideal for a couple, located in one of the outbuildings of Château Terrier de Santans. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen open to living/dining room (sofa bed), shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet, flat screen TV, direct access to the terrace. Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. A travel cot, a baby bath and a high chair are available. Small pets accepted on request from the owners. 2 terraces with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, parasol. All in a magnificent one-hectare park. Two other gîtes on the estate (70G4156 + 70G4157), which can be rented together for a total of 10 people. Private parking in the enclosed courtyard. Accepts one small pet free of charge on request.
