The Gîte du Pozoir is ideally located on the edge of a 150-hectare forest estate, less than 4 kilometers from the banks of the Loire, a 20-minute bike ride from the "Loire à Vélo" route along the Briare Canal, and a 20-minute drive from the A77 motorway (exit 20 Briare / Chatillon sur Loire). The Gîte Le Grand Pozoir, which sleeps 6, is located on the upper floor of the house. It features a beautiful living area with a lounge, dining room, and open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed and its en-suite bathroom and private toilet, a separate bathroom, a separate toilet, and on the second floor (open to the staircase), a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds.
It has a separate entrance via an exterior staircase from the courtyard and is equipped with a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue next to the lake.
Each gîte has a private terrace, a shared garden, and private parking in front of the property.
An interior staircase connects the two gîtes, locked by a gate. A 40m² room for 30 people is available on site.
