Ideally located near the city center (5 minutes' walk), but also close to the Loire and the Canals with its hiking and cycling trails (Loire à Vélo, Iberian Scan), and its beautiful view of the Canal Latéral and the Port.
In a site steeped in history, Briare with its Canal Bridge, the Musée des Deux Marines, and the Musée des Enamels, 10 km from Gien with its Faïencerie and its castle, Guédelon, Château de Saint Brisson, Château de La Bussière, the Route de la Rose, and the Route des Illustres, a pleasant stay awaits you!

The cottage offers on the ground floor a living room, a kitchen, a separate toilet, and a disabled-accessible bedroom, "La Chimère," with a 140cm bed (and its private bathroom with disabled access). On the first floor: "Écluse de Baraban" bedroom (140cm bed and 1 80cm bed + 80cm trundle bed), "Écluse de la Place" bedroom (140cm bed and 1 80cm bed + 80cm trundle bed).
On the second floor: a master suite, "La Loire," (a landing leads to a first open space with a sitting area, a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, then a separate bedroom with a 140cm bed).
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with toilet and a television. The cottage offers a separate washing machine, private parking (4 spaces) with a ramp and a stairlift for people with reduced mobility, and a large south-facing terrace with a garden.
Pets are allowed only in the PMR room at La Chimère (€5 supplement per night per pet).
