This property is located in the Champagne and Burgundy forests national park, between the vineyards of Chablis and Beaune, just 1h30 from Paris, and 5 minutes from all the shops of Chatillon sur Seine. This independent 230m² mill is fully restored where the old and the contemporary blend chicly.
Bucolic exteriors on the edge of the river: secure courtyard and enclosed garden of 700 m², surrounded by the Seine and the meadow, with spillway dam for the greatest happiness of adults, children and your pets.
You will enjoy a first terrace overlooking the river arm and a second terrace open to nature with spa and sauna.
Ground floor: A large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with billiards, an open fireplace (wood provided) and a musical piano give a very special atmosphere to this place. A bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete this first level. Satellite TV with international channels and high-speed wifi allow teleworking.
Upstairs: a bedroom suite (160 x 200 bed) with private shower room and toilet, 2 bedrooms each with a 160X200 bed, a large bedroom with 4 90 x 200 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet can accommodate 10 people. An additional extra bed can be installed on request.
For families with babies, a travel cot, a changing table, a bathtub, a high chair are available.
But also a ping pong table, a table football, loan of a boat, pétanque balls, games, etc. and possibility of renting bicycles on site.
