Ground floor: dining room with wood stove, 2 living rooms with fireplace, kitchenette and semi-professional kitchen available. WC.
Upstairs, 4 beautiful spacious and bright bedrooms. One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, adjoining shower room with WC. One bedroom with a 140x200 bed, bathroom with WC and adjoining space with a baby bed and a sofa bed offering an extra bed. The 3rd bedroom has a 160x200 bed, bathroom and WC. And the fourth has two 90x200cm twin beds. Adjoining bathroom with WC.
The entire property is enclosed and shared: parking, courtyard, terrace and garden. Heated swimming pool shared with the owners and open from May to September depending on the weather (dimensions: 4x8 m and 1.30 m deep).
Pets accepted after agreement with the owner (100€/animal/stay). ). The owners are also restaurateurs in the village, on the edge of the lake. 4 baby beds can be made available
Between vineyards and forests (including the National Forest Park), the Châtillonnais is a land rich in every way. Sports or cultural activities? Both are possible!
