They will have access from the street close to the Church where the steps to reach building start. Climbing the steps up to reach the house, where they will find the patio and entrance to the house.

At the departure the apt has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and recycling done. Eventually, these conditions are not respected will be deducted from the deposit an amount corresponding to the hours of cleaning necessary to bring the property clean.
