The cozy apartment is located in the basement of a large, private single-family dwelling in a very quiet residential area (dead end), about 300 m behind the Baltic dike between Laboe and Schoenberg on the Kiel outer fjord.
In about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the beach and the marina Marina Wendtorf reachable. Bird sanctuaries and nature reserves, dune beaches in a vast natural landscape without spa taxes are ideal for cycling and hiking.
Other sports facilities can be practiced in the area: sailing, surfing, tennis, table tennis and other recreational sports in the sports club. A nature adventure area, children adventure area, skating rink, kindergarten, supermarket and restaurants are nearby.
The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a living room with two comfortable sofas and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed.
