Nestled at the foot of Mont Dardon, culminating at 506 m (splendid panoramic belvedere over the surrounding peaks as far as Mont-Blanc on a clear day!), This charming typical village (largest municipality of Saône-et-Loire with 7,113 ha), labeled Station Verte for the quality of its natural heritage, has a classified 19th century Romanesque church and a very rare perfectly restored 19th century Icebox, almost unique in Burgundy.
