Ultra privileged location: in the heart of the famous abbey city (endowed with the very rare and prestigious label "European Heritage"), on the edge of a quiet street and very close to shops & services. One of the most beautiful pearls of Burgundy, spiritual heart of medieval Europe with inestimable historical heritage, nestled in a splendid preserved natural and rural setting. Very comfortable cottage. Ultra spacious and cozy. Lots of charm and character. Warm character combining "bourgeois" spirit (16th to 19th century style furniture), baroque atmosphere and particularly careful heritage renovation (beams, stained glass windows, door frames, 17th century floor tiles, etc.). You will have a pleasant, intimate, landscaped and wooded enclosed garden, nestled in a quiet area at the back of the house (lit at night / accessible until 10:30 p.m.).
