It consists of: - A large living space of 60m2 which is shared between a kitchen bathed in light, fully equipped where you can share your meals around a large family table for 8 people and a large living room with a very comfortable sofa. comfortable, two armchairs and smart TV, ideal for movie nights. - Four bedrooms all equipped with new bedding: 2 on the first level (140 and 160 beds with fans) and 2 upstairs (140 beds and air conditioning). All four have shutters and curtains. - A bathroom with shower and double basins on each level, one of which has a WC. Two additional toilets: 1 on the 1st level and one on the terrace. - 5 offices in total are at your disposal in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, 1 secretary in the living room and an office in a separate space. A 45m2 rooftop completes this property. It has an outdoor kitchen with hotplates, griddle and dishwasher. All the crockery is double to make your life easier and make the most of your moments of relaxation. You can dine on a table for 8/12 people or relax in a lounge area in one of the 4 deck chairs or rattan chairs. A vintage deckchair is also available. No noise from the street is heard, just the seagulls! Note that the apartment has WIFI. You can come with a baby, everything is provided: babybjorn travel cot, a pillow and flat sheets, a high chair and a small bathtub. There is also a small children's pool for the terrace. We have designed this place for you to spend a peaceful moment in a relaxing setting.
## Access
You have access to the entire accommodation.
In order to offer you great flexibility, we have automated key collection using a key safe system located in front of the accommodation. Arrivals are from 2 p.m. We will do our best to welcome you in person.
In case of unavailability on our part or late arrival, we will send you the accommodation form which will allow you to go to the place independently and at any time.

To reach the apartment: - From Saint Charles train station: take metro 1 and to Estrangin (prefecture) then 2 minutes on foot. - From Marseille Marignane airport: take the shuttle to Saint-Charles station then follow the itinerary above. Bus, metro and tram 2 steps away!
