The property is a converted barn with lots of original features. Large fitted kitchen, fridge, washing machine etc,We have a lovely large lounge with Satellite french and english TV, and a lovely sun-room that looks over our Large swimming pool and countryside. ... we provide lots of books, dvds, outside games and indoor ones, we are our own little hamlet and the house overlooks countryside on all sides. We have lots of sun-loungers and hammocks, for those hot lazy days, ping pong, croquet, swing-ball, We are perfectly situated for house hunting, and know plenty about the region, so feel free to pick our brains, We have ample parking. There are lots of walks all around us and the towns of Niort, Poitiers, Angouleme and Ruffec are all within 45 minutes drive. We offer self catering options for up to 4 people, where you have sole use of a house, the pool is shared with our b&b,but the grounds are large with plenty of space,3 acres, and the pool is large 12x6metres, .We are ideally situated just 5 km from theN10,
so easy access to all directions..
There is lots to do and see in the area, Futurescope, Vallee de Singes, Cognac/wine tasting, walking hiking fishing tennis courts
