General Description
La Grange is a little green paradise in the heart of the village of Poussan, nestled in a large, tree-filled garden where numerous birds can be heard singing at all hours of the day and night. Its uniqueness lies in feeling like a peaceful, serene, and hidden world, while being right in the village center!
The cottage was completely renovated in 2024, blending modernity with the authentic charm of stone. La Grange consists of a large room with an equipped kitchen that leads to a bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, a large closed mezzanine with a wide glass wall brings clarity and brightness to the accommodation. A garden under the trees allows for relaxation and some grilling on the plancha.
La Grange is an annex to the owners' main residence. It is independent with its own entrance and private garden equipped with a table, bench, and plancha. La Grange is located to the right of the main building. The owners live next door, on the left side of the building.

The Pool
Tenants can access the large 9-meter-long pool located in the garden of the main house. The pool has a shallow end of 1.10 meters and a deep end of 1.70 meters. A child safety alarm can be activated. There is also a ping-pong table available. The pool is accessible in the morning until 12:00 and in the afternoon from 14:00 to 18:30. Several sunbeds are available for tenants. The pool is shared with the owners who may use it occasionally.
Interior Description
The main room is 35m² and consists of a living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, and freezer. The room is very bright and opens onto the green garden with its beautiful fixed bay window 2.50 meters wide. From this room, you access the first bedroom on the ground floor, which has two single beds. These can be pushed together with a mattress topper to make a large bed of 160x200 if needed. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine. Upstairs is the mezzanine, about 20m², overlooking the living room. It is closed off to isolate from noise with a beautiful glass wall. There is a double bed of 160x200 and a single bed of 80x200. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Bath towels (2 per person) and all bed linen including pillows, duvets, sheets, and duvet covers are provided for the rental. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.

Poussan is a typical village of Languedoc where life is good. Situated between the garrigue-covered hills of La Moure and the vineyards, the village has several shops: restaurants, bakeries, butcher, hair salon, etc. Lidl and Carrefour Market are present in Poussan and there is a large shopping center in Balaruc, 3 km from the village.
Poussan has three castles: the château de Malbois, de Montlaur, and de la Garenne. The ancient center, built in a circular pattern, offers many historical points of interest: the old priory house, the church of Saint-Pierre, the ramparts, the penitents’ chapel, and the beautiful halls built in 1905 in the Baltard style. The numerous winegrowers’ houses also testify to the significant wine activity in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
Poussan is 15 minutes from the beaches of Sète, 10 minutes from Balaruc-les-Bains, 10 minutes from Bouzigues, and 10 minutes from the beaches of Frontignan or Mèze. La Grange is ideally located as Poussan is very close to the A9 motorway entrance, allowing easy travel throughout the Hérault region to enjoy numerous activities: beach, canoeing, river, hiking, visits to beautiful villages, jousting in Sète, caves, etc.
