The house is equipped with all modern amenities: a kitchen (with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee maker, coffee maker, and kettle) (approx. 20 sqm), a spacious living room (approx. 35 sqm), a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, a mezzanine bedroom with a sink and toilet, a laundry room with a sink, and a third independent toilet. There are 2 large beds (140 cm).
The bright southeast-facing house has a refined decoration and an unobstructed view of the garden (200 sqm) and the mountains. The garden is separated from the house by a small path. Free parking is available 1 minute away on foot. High-speed internet (fiber) and a large-screen TV are also provided.
The village has several restaurants and a grocery store, and a supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. The minimum length of stay is one week. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or very young children (due to the steps inside the house) or for people allergic to cats (our cat Pilou may come to see you). Pets are not allowed (because of Pilou and the hedgehog in the area). The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and no parties are allowed.
