In a large wooded garden, we offer a private part with a house (furnished two-star tourism) renovated and equipped to nine. Central location near Tours and surrounding attractions. You can come by train, the house is halfway between the tgv station and the banks of the Loire, both less than 10 min walk.

HOUSING :
House of 50 m ², bright, in a dead end very calm. Sleeps 4 people. Garden, a living room with a sofa double bed, a room with a real bed 2 people. A baby bed is available on request.
ACCESS OF TRAVELERS:
The house is available from 16h the day of your arrival and released at noon the day of your departure.
The city of Saint-Pierre-des-Corps is near Tours. The TGV station Saint-Pierre-des-Corps is within 10 min walk. For arrivals by car, access to the accommodation in 5 minutes by the exit "Tours center" of the A10 motorway.
EXCHANGE WITH TRAVELERS:
We live in the driveway that serves the house. If you wish we can find out about other activities and possibilities of the region.
OTHER REMARKS:
Optional cleaning fee to be paid at the entrance to the premises.
Sheets and towels are provided for stays of less than 3 nights (4 days). Beyond that, they are provided only with the optional cleaning fee.
Upon request, for your arrival, your internet-ordered shopping is delivered to the house (supplement 10 €).

A bus stop to Tours is available just outside the house. Free street parking housing.
