You enter via a private terrace with a parasol, unobstructed by any view. The 40m² living room features a contemporary, modern and industrial style. It features a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and dining area. The sofa bed can sleep 2 (140cm).
Going down 3 steps, you access the sleeping area:

- A second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds (which can be joined or separated upon request). This bedroom provides access to a mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed. You can reach this additional space via a ladder (sloping ceiling on both sides, 2 meters high at its highest point).
Both bedrooms feature a large storage unit (wardrobes and numerous shelves), a small desk, and a door leading outside with a shutter.

Conditions: Accessible from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm, from late April to early October (weather permitting). 4m x 8m, depth from 1.10m to 1.50m. Unheated, but swimming is possible under the low shelter.
