Charming renovated farmhouse of 130 m² located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, you will be seduced by its comfort and its country setting! This pied-à-terre will be the ideal place for your stay with family or friends! You will have a large living room and a reading room, an open and fully equipped kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also enjoy the 500 m² enclosed garden, ideal for sunbathing. With a capacity of 6 travellers, the house is as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room furnished with sofa, flat screen TV, library, connected speaker, functional wood stove with wood provided free of charge.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining table for 6 guests.

On the first floor accessible by a staircase:
- Reading room, with a view of the countryside, furnished with a sofa bed and a play house for the children.

- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
Outside:
You will enjoy the enclosed garden of 500 m², facing south, and facing the communal pond. The garden is equipped with 2 deckchairs, a wooden picnic table and a barbecue.

Located at the end of the village of Pervenchères, a pretty little village with all amenities (grocery shop, post office, doctor, bar, restaurants, hairdresser, media library, city park), the house is south facing and faces the communal pond with a promenade, children's games...
In the centre of the village you will find a bar-restaurant-grocery shop which is the main place to live. At 15 km, in different directions, are located beautiful tourist villages with many interesting addresses: Mortagne-au-Perche, Bellême, La Perrière, Mamers!
Activities
Direct access to the forest paths, to the century-old oak tree of La Lambonnière, and to the large shelter of the SPA (the only equine shelter in France with the presence of several dozen horses).
