The flat
With a surface area of 115 m², the house is as follows:
On the ground floor :

- Bright living room with double sofa bed (sleeps 2), flat screen TV, dining area with a large dining table for 8 guests.
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, stand-up table with 4 seats...
- Cellar equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a clothes line.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor, accessible by a staircase with ramp:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- Bathroom 1: a bath, a washbasin and a WC.
- Bathroom 2: a shower and a washbasin.
Outside:
- Terrace with garden furniture for 8 people and a barbecue, the ideal place to share a good meal with family or friends!
- Garden of 90 m² facing west, with a lawn area and plantings. The garden is accessible from the living room, the kitchen and the cellar.

The house is located in a quiet area of Rosendael, not far from the sea of Dunkerque-Malo. You will find many local shops within walking distance: vegetables and fruit, baker, chemist, restaurants of all types, including the gastronomic Le Soubise.
