We would like to inform you that in the event of cancellation of the booking before the start of the holiday, or in the event of early departure during the holiday, compensation will be payable as follows:
- Up to 7 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge (only the deposit will be retained for a period of one year)
- From 6 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- From 2 days before arrival to no show or early departure: 100% of the total amount.

Check out before 11:00 .

The customer may not claim any compensation if the cancellation of the reservation, or/and of an optional service, is imposed by circumstances of force majeure for reasons relating to the safety of guests. For any other reason, the Château de Fère undertakes to offer an alternative solution, at least equivalent, with no financial consequences for the client. If the client refuses this alternative solution, the Château de Fère will reimburse the deposit received.
