1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and adjoining a small dormitory room of 12m² with 3 single beds including 2 bunk beds (you have to go through the bedroom with 1 double bed to go in the dorm. These 2 adjoining rooms are generally used for a family with a couple and children).
The rooms all overlook the garden facing the sea.

5 bedrooms and 11 beds (3 bedrooms with double bed (140 beds), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which are bunk beds).

- arriving from the road, parking part (4 cars possible), then driveway or staircase to reach the house.
- sea side, after the house: a part maintained in front of the house (olive trees, flowers ...) and a second part below, very large, sloping, trees (fir, walnut, 2 apple trees ...) with small inaccessible paths and parts (brambles, nettles ...). The small path with some difficulties (high steps, stones or trunks to climb over, etc.) gives access to the customs trail.
