The Paris Flea Market is one of the world's largest and most famous flea markets, and Square Epinettes is an excellent place to watch people. The Église Notre-Dame du Rosaire is a beautiful church with a stunning rose window, and ART42 - Musée d'art Urbain is a must-see for art lovers. The Château De Saint-Ouen is a lovely castle home to the Paris Pinball Museum, and Mairie de Saint-Ouen is the city hall. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars in Saint Ouen, including O'Papa restaurant, Bistrot La Renaissance, Mains d'Œuvres, and Mekong Restaurant.
