In this outbuilding of the mill, Sabrina and Michel have converted the hayloft into a charming "duplex" house with a "cocooning" decor, backed by the rock, in addition to 2 large gites. This rental is located on a hilly estate of 15 ha with woods and a 1st category river.
Ground floor: open kitchen with dining area, living room with wood stove, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed 160), bathroom (shower). Heating. electric and wood stove.
Separate laundry room. Pleasure garden on the terrace. Playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (breach).
Indoor heated swimming pool (semi-buried) all year round, shared with the other gites on the property 8m x 4m; from 1m35 to 2m deep). Swimming pool protected by a glass room closed with a key made available to adults (including a changing cabin)

Cleaning included, please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy otherwise a cleaning fee of €80 will be requested at the end of the stay.

Nordic bath: €50.00 per session. Information and reservations with the owners.
On site, 2 Gites: for 6 people and 12 people.
Only people with gym shoes will be allowed in the fitness room.
Animals are allowed at a rate of €10 per day and per animal. Beyond 3 days, the rate is 35€ per animal. (2 max) To be paid on site.
