Our gîte in the 12 acre grounds of Château Les Bernards offers you a relaxing stay in the french countryside. A walk through the gardens leads you down to the town of Le Donjon where you will find cafes, restaurants, 3 supermarkets, 2 butchers, a boulangerie and a large pharmacie. You will have sole use of the heated swimming pool and tennis court. There is a fishing lake a walk away and the renowned animal and adventure park ‘Le Pal’ is only a 20 minute drive. The surrounding countryside offers many bike rides and opportunities for lovely walks.
