Between Berry and Poitou, in the Brenne Natural Park and in the town center of a village with an equipped beach 100 meters away (supervised in summer), family home near Angles-sur-Anglin (classified as one of the beautiful villages of France), La Roche-Posay (spa resort), Le Blanc or Futuroscope (45 minutes). Our County House is a country house which was built by an architect on the walls of the old 18th century house. In this large two-storey house about 100 m² of living space are at your disposal. Upstairs: 2 communicating bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed and two 90 cm beds - extra bed for 1 person possible - 1 bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washbasin. In the kitchen, located on the ground floor, you will find everything you need, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fan-assisted oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, various kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. with dining area Next to it is a large dining/living room (40 m²) with fireplace, TV and access to the terrace. In winter the house is heated with oil (invoicing on consumption). On the garden side, a large terrace extends over the entire width of the house. A stone staircase, of only a few steps, leads you to a flowery lawn area. A small path leads you into the large garden (garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue). This garden is delimited at the bottom by the walls of the magnificent park of the castle located a little further on the road. Parking in front of the gite. End of stay cleaning included in the price.
