The place is quiet, close to Gien, the Loire Valley, the Jacques Cœur route and Sancerrois. Ground floor: Entrance, Large fully equipped open kitchen, Living room/living room (TV), Bathroom (shower, sink, washing machine, dryer, WC).
1st floor: 1 small suite made up of 2 adjoining bedrooms (one with 1 160x200 bed and a wooden baby bed, the other with 1 90x190 bed and 1 90x200 bunk bed), then 2 bedrooms (each with 1 160x200 bed) , Bathroom (bath, shower, sink) and separate WC.
2nd floor: large bedroom/relaxation lounge area with TV (2 90x200 beds separated or pushed together, then 1 90x190 bed), Adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, WC).
