Nancy & Jérôme welcome you to an exceptional 18th century mill full of character steeped in history & carefully restored (formerly a large "mill", of which the imposing "big wheel" remains perfectly visible on the courtyard side, several outbuildings as well as the "ruins" of the old miller's house, located well away from the gîte), partly rehabilitated into a peaceful holiday resort, nestled on the edge of pastures & meadows in the heart of a "mini" rural hamlet a stone's throw from the RCEA (direct, ultra-easy access to amenities or for all excursions). Atypical & totally exotic property, nestled in a "promontory" on the side of a south-facing hill, in the hollow of a bucolic valley of meadows crossed by the Guye (a small river full of fish which once fed the mill), sheltering the famous Charolais cows in season (grazing on the edge of the garden) as well as "Pequeno" the peaceful family pony parked on site.
