The gîte de la rue du château is a real bubble of comfort and serenity in the heart of the village of Pontgibaud! You love to take advantage of the many assets of this pretty, lively and picturesque village of Auvergne! Many local shops "two steps" from the cottage await you! Bakery, butcher-delicatessen, cheese dairy, chocolate factory, with high quality products made in Auvergne! The cottage is located in a small street in the village below the castle and the church (rings from 8:00 am - very little audible inside the cottage). It consists on the ground floor of a pleasantly decorated kitchen living room, an entrance hall and a storeroom. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 bed and two bedrooms with two 80 beds each can be joined. Also on this level, the modern and comfortable bathroom and a separate toilet. We like: the materials and finishes of super quality! For your comfort, everything is included: beds made on arrival, bath linen, heating and cleaning included! A room adjoining the gîte is also available. The gîte does not have a private exterior, but it is located a few meters from a small, wooded and quiet square! Free public parking 20 meters away. The owner, a great specialist in the Puys mountain range and volcanism, will gladly share her knowledge for an enlightened and exciting discovery of this magnificent environment!
