Real rooftop house with large furnished terrace with dining area, barbecue, lounge overlooking the marina, relaxation area with hammocks, panoramic sea / scrub view. Not overlooked. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. Two bedrooms open directly onto the terrace. The third, the master suite, overlooks a beautiful loggia still overlooking the sea and has a more spacious shower room. The 3 bathrooms are very comfortable when returning from the beach.
The decoration is neat, quality outdoor furniture, an interior designer intervened.
The apartment is quietly located at the end of the marina, at the start of the beach, yet with all the amenities within walking distance.
From the loggia of the master bedroom, you can see the children at the beach or at the nautical club where they can go without crossing a road.
From the terrace as from the loggia you will enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, the beach and the comings and goings of the boats in the marina. Small boats coming back from the beach, yachts or sailboats, always something to watch. The quiet village during the day with a family atmosphere comes alive in the evening with its many restaurants (very reasonable), its bars and its nightclub. The youth of the region find themselves in a friendly and safe atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity on foot, the night entertainment is however far enough to avoid the noise nuisance.
