Situated between Rennes, Vannes and Nantes, in a small hamlet of blue shale stone typical of the Pays de Redon region, come and relax and enjoy this house entirely renovated in 2023.
Nearby, you can discover the charming little town of Brain sur Vilaine and the banks of the Vilaine, the Gannedel marsh (bird sanctuary), the forest and its many hiking trails.
For cycling enthusiasts, a rental service is available in the town of Brain-sur-Vilaine (Roul'Vilaine), enabling you to discover the small roads that criss-cross the countryside. For mountain bikers, there are a number of paths and trails to explore. For the more experienced, we invite you to try your hand at the highly reputed singles of La Chapelle de Brain, one of the stages in the Brittany XC Cup. By prior arrangement, I can accompany you on your mountain bike.
