Welcome to our lovely family home, a haven of peace for parents, a nice playground for children!
Recently renovated, this eighteenth-century farmhouse perfectly combines Burgundian charm and modern comfort.
It offers a magnificent view of nature: a bucolic setting that lends itself to disconnection! Come and enjoy the calm and charm of the countryside in our hamlet Les Grands Nains.
Housing
Facing south, the house has a large living room, bathed in light, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large garden of 2,000 m² equipped with a swing and a trampoline, a terrace with deckchairs, all drowned in nature without any vis-à-vis.
On the ground floor:
- The heart of the house with its living room open to the kitchen, a fireplace to enjoy evenings with family or friends.
- A double bedroom and its bathroom with direct access to the garden.

Upstairs, under the eaves:
- A large master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 cm) and a sitting area (with a single bed)
- A very large children's room, with 4 single beds, also serving as a playroom.
- A double bedroom (bed 140cm) adjoining the children's room.
- A bathroom with bath, and toilet.
You will be welcomed by Nathalie, from the Conciergerie de l'Yonne: she will advise you to spend the best stay in the region.
You will enjoy the Toucy market on Saturday mornings a 5-minute drive away, the meeting point for all local producers. Bike rides are very pleasant in our region, small country roads little frequented.
Guests will have access to all rooms of the house, as well as the garden. Only dependencies will remain private.
The arrival and departure times are flexible: you will fix them with Nathalie.
If you rent a weekend, you can enjoy the whole day on Sunday and leave only at the end of the day if you wish.
