The house is surrounded by a large, bucolic garden, out of sight, and has an enclosed courtyard with an electric gate that can accommodate 3 cars.

- a utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge-freezer, ironing board and iron, storage space.
1st floor: (inside and outside access)
a large 45 m² double-exposure living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table for 8 people, a terrace with direct access via a glass door, a TV and reading room with several sofas and armchairs
-a 30 m² wooden terrace with pergola (access via the kitchen and stairs to the garden): dining table, garden furniture, plancha, barbecue, lighting, etc.
2nd floor:
- a large 18 m² bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and a large desk area, with plenty of storage space
- a small bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, TV and storage space
- a small bedroom with a 140x190 sofa bed, desk and storage space
- a bathroom with shower-bath, double washbasin and toilet.
The maximum capacity is 6 adults and 3 children (possibility of adding 1 single bed in a bedroom).
Small children are welcome. A cot, booster seat and high chair for babies can be provided free of charge on request at the time of booking.
One bath towel per person is provided, as are bed linen.

Extra cleaning required: €150 per week
You will enjoy a 600m² garden planted with trees and flowers, fully fenced and out of sight, equipped with garden furniture, tables, chairs, parasols, table tennis, etc.

The fireplace may not be used in summer, nor may it be used as a barbecue.
