Former restored barn, the house is in the heart of the peaceful Tours countryside. Ideally located to visit the most beautiful sites of the Loire (castles, cellars, Beauval zoo ...) or simply to rest and relax.
The house is completely autonomous in terms of its access, you will enjoy perfect tranquility.
The house is an outbuilding of the property (old farmhouse) renovated by us while retaining the original elements: beams, stone walls with private access and can accommodate up to 5 people (6 with baby)
On the ground floor a large living room with beams and with access to the terrace and the garden.
A spacious and equipped kitchen (washing machine and dryer, nespresso coffee machine and capsules, microwave, teapot and tea).
A large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and giving access to the garden.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed.
A bathroom with shower and toilet.
500 m² of land with views over the fields.
You will enjoy the tranquility of the place. Barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers for relaxation are available.
Cot (umbrella and mattress) and high chair will be provided.
The rental amount includes: bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, all consumption of electricity, water and heating, use of washing machine and detergent.
Living on the same property, I remain available.
