The fully-equipped kitchen follows (induction hob, hood, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large-capacity fridge + freezer section). A washing machine is also available in the laundry room.
On the first floor, you'll also find a fully renovated shower room with toilet (walk-in shower).

Numerous wineries and tastings of all kinds await you on our Touraine roads (Chinon, Vouvray, Saint Nicolas de Bourgeuil, Montlouis, etc.).
For children, there's an acrobranche course at Saint Benoit Aventure (3 minutes' drive from the house).
