Right next to the vineyards, in the heart of the Climats de Bourgogne region. Charming location on the Dijon-Beaune axis.

Gîte Fixey 1
Large rounded glass entrance door leading to a spacious living area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher.... + This little corner of paradise has been freshly renovated (2021!) for your utmost comfort, with exposed stone and beams that will delight those who love character! The old-fashioned, fully glazed door allows plenty of natural light to flood in through the light-coloured walls and floor. This vast reception room has direct access to the terrace at the back of the courtyard, so you can move around at your leisure! It is equipped with a large wooden table with extension for meals for 12 people, a convertible sofa, and a small recessed corner with a barrel and high chairs, ideal for an aperitif, so that everyone can find a place to suit their mood.
In the second part of the house, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, which have been tastefully refurbished, so you can take a break just like at home and empty your luggage into the spacious chests of drawers for guaranteed relaxation. A dressing room has also been fitted out in a room equipped with a work surface and sink, and is at your disposal for greater ease and space. All this in a simple, stylish, relaxed and well-cared-for atmosphere.
Opposite the bedrooms is the fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and towels, and separate WC.

Unique access via a small staircase to the 1st floor of a simply charming village house.
This little 65m² haven of peace will charm you with the quality of its preserved materials, such as terracotta tiles and the famous Burgundy flagstone, allowing you to immerse yourself completely in our beloved heritage.
Step straight into the cosy living room with its open-plan kitchen, where you'll be free to imagine cosy meals by the fireplace. Everything has been thought of for your comfort: table d'hôte, fully-equipped kitchen, simple yet tasteful decor. The room is open-plan, with a view over the peaceful vineyards. There's a comfortable sofa bed for relaxing during the day, and an extra bed for 2 people.
Near the entrance, the first bedroom is accessible, cosy and pleasant, with a chest of drawers and a view of the quiet courtyard. A small corridor leads to the utilities, an Italian-style shower room and bathroom linen, the second bedroom is cosy and charming, with 1 pair of identical twin beds (making it possible to sleep 2 people) and a window overlooking the courtyard. Separate WC.
2 parking spaces are available in the shared courtyard. And parking spaces in the quiet street just a few metres from the entrance to the Gîte.
If you're a keen sportsman, cyclist, hiker or biker, there are plenty of nearby footpaths, as well as the Grands Crus wine route, to keep you happy !!!! You'll have access to an enclosed outbuilding to store the equipment you need to practice your passion, as well as a washing machine to lighten your suitcases and keep all the spaciousness of the living space.
