Comfortable house in a privileged location, ideal for family friendly holidays in the famous village of Moulleau.
Located 400m from the heart of the village and the beach, you will spend a perfect immersion holiday on the Arcachon Bay.
The cycle path that goes around the coast, and which connects Arcachon Center to the Dune du Pilat via Moulleau passes right at the end of the street.
LAYOUT OF THE VILLA
Once you have entered the property, a first furnished terrace is available to you. It will allow you warm afternoons outdoors, combining comfort and relaxation.
You then enter the very pleasant and bright living room which includes a TV corner with corner sofa, several armchairs and a coffee table. The room also offers a table and 4 chairs, and in its extension is the kitchen, modern and with all the necessary equipment.
ROOMS & BATHROOMS
The villa offers 3 bedrooms including an independent master suite upstairs with TV, king size bed (180cm) and balcony (2 chairs and 1 table).
The two other bedrooms located on the ground floor each have a double bed (140cm).
It is possible to add an extra bed on the ground floor.
