This family property is situated in a private park of 25 hectares in the middle of a magnificent chestnut grove centenary, a forest of fir and beech. You will appreciate the peace and the unique loneliness offered by this beautiful nature!
However, the proximity of the village (Vernoux en Vivarais 2km) gives you access to all types of shops. Beautifully decorated simply but with charm, the house has every comfort.
In addition to a garden without limit you will enjoy a beautiful courtyard with a beautiful open view and diving, for your lunches, dinners or "aperitifs sunsets"!
The house offers you 3 double bedrooms, two with a bathroom, and one of them at an exit on the garden at the back of the house.
