Summary: Hotel consists of 2 locations & was fully booked, the booking mechanism is a piece of paper. Not surprisingly rooms were all mixed up and we had to switch.. all resulting in a time consuming & very chaotic reception. Same chaos during the dining experience later on. Everything scribbled on notes, if not forgotten. Staff/owners not very polite and always in a hurry & not exactly professional. We waited over an hour for our starters - aperitifs were not even served. As for the rooms: A/C not working, poor mattress. Bathroom small but ok. Had breakfast around 10am: most was gone - not replenished and nothing was kept refrigerated. This hotel urgently needs to invest and renovate
