Attached to a beautiful 12th/18th century castle, between Champagne and Burgundy, the outbuildings and the tower have been recently fitted out. A little apart in the parc, a large private and secure swimming pool (20x5,5m), heated, is open from mid-May. The large living area with lounge area, large table for meals, children's corner and open kitchen gives a very friendly spirit to the place. Children and adults can live together, each having their own space. The rooms, very bright, all open onto the courtyard. The large tower is arranged as a studio in its own, and allows for independence (kitchenette and bathroom). From the living room, you can see your children playing in an enclosed courtyard. The castle part remains unoccupied during your stay in the annex. The view of the old part of the castle and the gardens enliven all the rooms. The countryside is beautiful all year round, life is sweet. The shops are accessible by car (bakery and supermarket at 5km).
The house is close to Langres. With its 8 km of ramparts, it is the largest city in Europe. City of Diderot, it has a museum of lights and many private mansions of the 18th century. Dijon, international city of gastronomy and wine, is less than an hour away. We are in a region of forests and rivers, perfect for hiking, horseback riding and biking. There are many lakes with water activities. The nearest one is 4 km away, with boat rental available. You can also discover two remarkable gardens less than 3 km away.
From September to April, the heating of the house is charged separately (fixed price 30€ to 50€ per day depending on the outside temperature).
