The residence is located in Loos, fully secured by pass, on the 2nd floor with elevator. You will enjoy a free parking space inside the residence.
The entrance offers closed storage. The very cozy single room includes 2 beds.
On the right, you will find the living room decorated in a warm atmosphere, equipped with a quality sofa bed offering 2 additional beds, a large screen TV, a table, 4 chairs and furniture containing everything necessary for your comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a hood, a large fridge / freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and plenty of storage space.
The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and wc.
Bed linen, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional in the form of a package at the price of 50 €
If you use a GPS to go home, note "88 rue Pierre Brossolette" in Loos, the residence Laennec has no number, the 88 is just opposite.
