A few steps lead to the three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a third with two single beds. A walk-in shower room with toilet.
Private terrace and 100 m² raised garden with a swing, slide, trampoline, and sandpit at the back of the cottage. Bicycles are available. Garage with table tennis and table football. Covered parking in front of the cottage. A baby crib, high chair, booster seat, bathtub, changing mat, and child safety gates are available.
11 km away, Le Nid à la Caille lake: supervised swimming, children's playground, and Pont Lake with a beach. Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal. Numerous cultural sites nearby: Alésia Museum Park, Fontenay Abbey, medieval towns of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, also known for its aniseed, and Semur-en-Auxois, Bussy-Rabutin Castle, and Epoisses.

Bed linens: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €50. Towels: €5 per person for the entire stay. Oil heating: €25 per week and €40 per week in winter. Or by meter reading.
