Upstairs: a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom (bathtub and toilet), a bedroom with two twin beds (single beds) and a mezzanine with an extra bed. A wooden crib and high chair are included. Fiber optic internet access is available. The cottage features a courtyard in front of the cottage and a large enclosed garden of 750m².
A very beautiful renovation featuring stone and wood. Electric heating and a continuous wood-burning stove (free wood). Business trips are available upon request.
The owner is a working farmer. Nearby: Auxois Zoological and Aquatic Park, 5 km away. Le Nid à la Caille lake in Vénarey-Les Laumes: supervised swimming, children's playground. Pont Lake with a developed beach. Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal. Exit the A6 motorway at Pouilly en Auxois or Bierre-les-Semur. Head towards Vitteaux, then Cessey lès Vitteaux. At Dampierre, turn left twice to reach the gîte. Be careful not to follow the GPS which asks you to reach Dampierre-en-Montagne via the village of Posanges (impassable road).
