Located 10 minutes from Semur-en-Auxois, this detached, tastefully renovated 1970s house features an entrance hall, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. A shower room and separate toilet are available. A baby crib and high chair are available. A small enclosed garden surrounds the house. Across from the cottage (a small, quiet road to cross), there is a large, unfenced plot of land with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs. Parking is available. Bicycle storage is available in the garage.
The owner also offers beauty treatments and foot reflexology sessions upon request (book and pay directly on site).
Oil heating, linens, and cleaning are included. Wood: €15/basket.
