La propriété comprend 3 maisons dont deux anciennes maisons de type Normande ou ont vécus deux peintres de la période Impressionniste et une 3ém plus contemporaine.
Ces 3 maisons sont à quelques dizaines de mètres l’une de l’autre de sorte qu’il est très aisé de passer de l’une à l’autre à pieds.
Nous vous proposons à la location 2 maisons, la "maison Tennis", contemporaine, installée face au terrain de tennis et entièrement rénovée comprenant 1 chambre et 2 salles de douche avec WC et les 5 chambres et 4,5 salles de bains de l’une des maisons anciennes, dites "Maison des Fontainettes" nom qu'elle portait lorsque le peintre Manzana PISSARRO y habitait, le tout pouvant accueillir 12 à 14 adultes confortablement et même 16 en utilisant le canapé lit du salon de la maison Tennis.
Vous pouvez également installer 6 à 8 enfants dans une chambre et/ou une mezzanine située dans le séjour. Au total vous pourrez séjournez à 20/22 personnes.
Attention : Une chambre supplémentaire est en cours de finition ; arrivée prévue fin mai.
Vous disposez donc dés maintenant :
- Dans la maison contemporaine, dites "Maison Tennis", d’un vaste salon salle à manger avec un lit convertible pour 2 personnes, une cuisine, une chambre disposant de 4 lits simples ou 2 lits double King size au choix, et deux salle de douche avec WC dont une réservée à la chambre. La table de salle à manger intérieure peut accueillir jusqu'a 12/14 personnes et les tables extérieures jusqu'à 24 personnes.
- Dans la maison ancienne, dites "Maison des Fontainettes" de deux chambres avec leur propre salle de douche ou de bains avec WC, de deux autres chambres se partageant une salle de douche avec WC, d'une chambre pour enfants lorsque vous souhaitez les faire tous dormir ensemble sur des matelas posés au sol, d'un WC indépendant avec lave mains et enfin une 5em chambre indépendante donnant sur la terrasse. Cette 6 em chambre avec sa salle de douche est équipée d'un lit Queen bed (180cm x 200cm) est en fait un studio avec une Kitchenette comprenant un frigo, un micro ondes, des plaques chauffantes et un évier . Deux des chambres peuvent être préparées avec 2 lits simples ou 1 lit double King Size (200 cm x 200 cm) et les 2 autres disposent d'un lit double classique (160 cm x 200 cm), le studio peut proposer un queen bed ou 2single bed (90cm x 200 cm chacun).
Une nouvelle chambre avec sa salle de douche sera ouverte en juillet pour 2 personnes supplémentaires.
Vous avez également accès à l’espace cuisine, salle à manger salon, ou vous pourrez accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes assises autour de l'immense table suspendue à l'intérieur et 6 à 8 personnes de plus en ajoutant une table supplémentaire.
Les tables extérieures permettent d'accueillir jusqu'à 26/28 personnes.
Un grand écran cinema est installé dans la mezzanine à laquelle on accède par un petit escalier intérieur. Des matelas bleus au sol vous accueillent. Connecté à une box Free vous pourrez regarder vos séries sur Netflix ou Prime.

The property includes 3 houses including two old Norman-style houses where two painters from the Impressionist period lived and a more contemporary 3rd floor.
These 3 houses are a few dozen meters from each other so that it is very easy to go from one to the other on foot.
We offer 2 houses for rent, the contemporary "Tennis house", located opposite the tennis court and completely renovated including 1 bedroom and 2 shower rooms with WC and the 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms of the one of the old houses, called "Maison des Fontainettes", the name it bore when the painter Manzana PISSARRO lived there, all of which can accommodate 12 to 14 adults comfortably and even 16 using the sofa bed in the living room of the Tennis house.
You can also accommodate 6 to 8 children in a bedroom with mattress on floor and a mezzanine located in the living room. In total you can stay for 20/22 people.

- In the contemporary house, called "Maison Tennis", a large living-dining room with a convertible bed for 2 people, a kitchen, a bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 king size double beds of your choice, and two bathrooms shower with WC, one of which is reserved for the bedroom. The indoor dining table can accommodate up to 12/14 people and the outdoor tables can accommodate up to 24 people.
- In the old house, called "Maison des Fontainettes" with two bedrooms with their own shower room or bathroom with WC, two other bedrooms sharing a shower room with WC, a kids bedroom with mattress on floor for 5/6 kids depending ages, a separate WC with hand basin and finally a 5th independent bedroom opening onto the terrace. This 5th bedroom with its shower room is equipped with a Queen bed (180cm x 200cm) is in fact a studio with a Kitchenette including a fridge, a microwave, hotplates and a sink. Two of the bedrooms can be prepared with 2 single beds or 1 double King Size bed (200 cm x 200 cm) and the other 2 have a classic double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the studio can offer a queen bed or 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm each).
You also have access to the kitchen area, dining room, living room, where you can accommodate up to 14 people (soon 18) seated around the huge table suspended inside and 6 to 8 more people adding a additional table.
The outdoor tables can accommodate up to 26/28 people.
A large cinema screen is installed in the mezzanine which is accessed by a small internal staircase. Blue mattresses on the floor welcome you. Connected to a Free box you can watch your series on Netflix or Prime.
