La Loge du Huchier is a detached gîte with an enclosed courtyard, located about two hours south of Paris. It is housed in one of the buildings of a 19th-century farmhouse, facing the Renaissance château of the small village of Nuits.
The Village and Our Corner of Burgundy
Nuits-sur-Armançon, a village of fewer than 400 inhabitants, has a bakery, a post office, and a train station, close to Ravières and Ancy-le-Franc, towns with all shops and services. Privileged by its location a stone's throw from the Champagne region, it is ideally located on the banks of the Armançon River for fishing, and is at the center of a nearly 100km cycle route along the Burgundy Canal. This section of the cycle route, extremely rich in tourist sites, is crossed by the D905 departmental road and the Paris-Lyon SNCF line. Served by four train stations and around ten regional trains (trains and bicycles) running daily in both directions, they allow you to set off by bike or train to explore the sights and hikes of your choice and return without worrying about running out of energy or battery. Not far from Nuits, you can play golf (23 km), visit some vineyards, and taste the red and rosé wines of Burgundy or the famous white wine of Chablis. THE GITE: An ideal stopover for tourists and hikers.
On the ground floor: The living room, overlooking the château, has a fireplace, two armchairs, and two benches (real 80 cm beds). A fitted kitchen with a dining table. Upstairs: Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and dressing room. The air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with two twin 90 cm beds and a spare chair bed. Baby equipment available upon request. Wi-Fi internet access. A relaxation area and winter garden: set up in a former workshop adjacent to the accommodation, you have access to a ping-pong table, garden furniture with a patio heater, and an electric barbecue. A closed garage and access to the garden with a gazebo, garden table and chairs, sun loungers, and a charcoal barbecue.

Bed linen rental: €8 per person / - Towels per person: €6 / End-of-stay cleaning: €40
Electricity and heating: included in a flat rate of 8 kW/day, beyond the flat rate.
Wood heating: 1/8th of a cubic meter free and €5.50 for the additional 1/8th.
Maximum 1 pet.
Possible overflow of 2 people with a supplement of €10/day (two 80 cm beds).
Accommodation not suitable for business clients.
