You can reach the cottage by public transport: Verneuil-l'Etang train station (5 km) then bus route 21 (Boissy Léger / Verneuil-l'Etang).

Overlooking the street, this renovated, semi-detached village house is 100 meters from the owners' house. No private parking, but street parking or a municipal parking lot is available 50 meters away. To the rear of the cottage, overlooking the owners' fully enclosed apple and quince orchard, is a lovely 225m² private garden with trees and flowers, garden furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and two deck chairs.
