A 100 m² enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a private garage. Pets are not allowed.
This cottage is located near the châteaux of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc, and Maulnes, as well as the vineyards of Epineuil, Tonnerre, and Chablis. Tonnerre and its attractions include the Fosse Dionne winery and the Hôtel Dieu winery. The Burgundy Canal is also a short distance away. CHARGES AND OPTIONS:
