Located in the immediate vicinity of the Burgundy Canal, in a 1900s house comprising two apartments, this renovated gîte features a small living room with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, a shower room with a toilet, and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, one with a 140x200cm bed and the other with two 90x200cm beds. Enclosed garden and parking. A non-convertible sofa bed and a high chair are available. Fiber optic internet access is available.
Enjoy a beautiful setting, 100m from the canal, perfect for exploring on foot or by bike, and also 200m from the Vandenesse River. Nearby: an ideal location for discovering the charms of Burgundy, particularly the Auxois region and the Ouche Valley. All shops are available in Bligny-sur-Ouche and Pouilly-en-Auxois. A lock is open seasonally at Pont-d'Ouche. The medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois is also within easy reach. Tourist railway from the Ouche Valley to Bligny. A landscaped beach is located in Vandenesse-en-Auxois. The Burgundy Grands Crus Route is 30 minutes away, and Dijon, the Burgundy capital and a city of art and history, is 45 minutes away.
