The cottage has been completely renovated, featuring modern, colorful tones, creating a cheerful atmosphere.
Climb the stairs and the dining room and kitchen area opens up before your eyes. The room is equipped with large skylights to enjoy a magnificent view and exceptional light. The two bedrooms are spacious, each offering a queen-size bed, plus a single bed in one of them. A small lounge is located in the south-facing bedroom.
Business stay: Wi-Fi access is available throughout the accommodation. These two very large bedrooms are ideal for accommodating two business travelers. This cottage is equipped with a TV. Not sure? This is the perfect place to discover naturally produced wines and spirits. The owner is a wine merchant specializing in natural wines. So, let us tell you about the exceptional terroirs he has unearthed for his clients!
Seminars with a "natural wine discovery" activity are also available. For meetings, the wine cellar and a large work room are available. It can accommodate 20 people.
Horses are welcome, and water and meadows are available on site.
The gîte is 5 km on either side of Louverné, Changé, and Andouillé, and 10 km from Laval. This gives you easy access to all the cultural and leisure areas Laval has to offer (the Christmas Lights, its port, its historic districts, and its museums, including the Museum of Naive Art in memory of Douanier Rousseau, a native of Laval...), as well as the hiking and even fishing trails below the garden, on the Ernée River.
Another gîte on site: Millésime, H53G020155, sleeps 6, 6 beds. To access the gîte, you have a private entrance, opening onto a staircase that leads directly to the gîte. Below are storage areas, so there's no risk of being disturbed. The owners live in another part of the farmhouse, not overlooked by the gîte. Everyone is quite independent.
