We welcome you to our gîte "Le Coûtat" completely renovated and located in Val Saint Martin, a green and peaceful hamlet of Vermenton. Ideal gîte for a tourist getaway in the heart of Burgundy located near Chablis, Auxerre, Vezelay, Avallon and Noyers for a wine and historical stopover. Living room with fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with sofa bed. On the 1st floor: 1 large bedroom (1 double bed) with private bathroom. You can easily park your car in the courtyard of the gîte.
In order not to overload your suitcases, sheets and towels are provided. Finally, our gîte is equipped with a television and fiber internet. Only 1 pet allowed. Cleaning fee €40.
